The National Clean Energy Workforce Alliance is convening employers, training and education providers, and community-based organizations to help realize the vision of workforce readiness for the clean energy transition.
As a key training and education provider, your organization has a critical role to play. As you already know, there is an urgent need to ‘green’ the U.S. economy and implement the energy efficiency, deep decarbonization, and renewable energy technologies required to meet science-based targets for climate mitigation and environmental and economic health.
Join us on March 3, 2022 at 2 p.m. ET to share your insights and hear from other leading training and education providers about opportunities to grow the inclusive clean energy workforce. We’ll use your input from this interactive meeting to inform efforts to save your organization time and resources, while increasing your training, education, and job placement successes.
Our initial convenings will result in Solution Summits focused on improving curricular upgrades, skills development, and job placement processes. The Alliance will promulgate best practices and widely distribute recommendations to address gaps so that funders, policymakers, and other stakeholders can more effectively allocate resources, and training providers can more easily work with employers and others on workforce development.
We look forward to working with you on this effort.
**The Alliance is convened by the Interstate Renewable Energy Council in partnership with the National Council for Workforce Education with support from Bank of America.
